Learning Center Galloping Ghost went to St. Mary's School for the Deaf for ESDAA Division 2 basketball tournament. We arrived Friday noon, we have missed manager and 3 point competition. We against New York State School for the Deaf for ESDAA opener. We defeated NYSSD 55 to 48, its out light game because its bye game. We have substituted all players into that game.

Saturday morning, we competition against Rhode Island School for the deaf for free throw finals. They beat us 87 to 84. Our semi-final were against RISD, it would be our third time match up this season. We defeated RISD 74 to 21. Our players were so hot and fire that time. Our defense were outscore their offense.

On Sunday morning, we won the team 21 competitions after defeat RISD in finals. We against St. Mary School for the Deaf for ESDAA championship, it would be fifth match up for championship in a row, SMSD lead 3 to 1 in a series. We finally snapped their 2 consecutive champions, we won 55 to 47. TLC were so full of thrilled after results of that score.

That day before championship game, our players were so nervous and their stomach is full of butterfly feelings. We have to stay positive then end up we have won the championship game. Our best parts of tournament are won champions and won team 21 competitions.

Our three players have received all stars, 1st team are Justin Carrus and Wilson Velez III, Benjamin Letendre won 2nd team. Our players were so proud to earn all stars while won the champions. Supposed there other ESDAA Division 2 tournament, it might be little hard for us to win again because other team will know our system of playing.

Our final record is 19 wins and 4 losses. On February 29th, we play Massachusetts Bay Independent League Division B championship game, we won 49 to 29 against Boston University Academy. We have won ESDAA Division 2, MBIL Division B, New England Tip Off and hopeful we will win NDIAC (National Deaf Interstate Athletic Council) Division 2 national champions. We have only one senior, Giuseppe Giacubbo, which he missed more than ten games this season and we have four juniors, Justin Carrus, Wilson Velez, Jonathan Salomon, and Tony DIxon. So therefore, we should be very good and great chemistry next year.

Thanks, GO GALLOPING GHOSTS!!!
